Tenuta San Guido

Marchesi Incisa della Rocchetta. From the producer of that special wine, Sassicaia. The oil has an unusual aroma of olives, apples and spice with just a hint of liquorice. It tastes grassy-fresh and nutty with a touch of sorrel bitterness and lingering pepper. Olive type: Frantoio, Reggiola and Moraiolo. Picked by hand in November and early December. The oil remains unfiltered.

Monte Vertine

Three olive varieties are used in equal proportions: Correggiolo, Moraiolo and Leccino. They are harvested by hand, starting at the beginning of December, milled and pressed in the traditional manner. The oil has a strong aroma of fresh olives, cut grass and grated apple skins. The taste is bittersweet with nutty flavours amid fruitiness. Medium pepper with a sweet aftertaste.
