Our Artisanal Pasta

Freshly milled semolina of selected durum wheat, long, low temperature drying time and bronze dyes. These are  the necessary, traditional elements which confer our artisanal pastas a superior flavour, yield and texture.  Our range includes durum wheat pasta, egg pasta and "farro" (spelt) pasta.
