Absolute gastronomic excellence of western Liguria, the Taggiasca olive certainly needs no great introduction. We at Olio Boeri were born with it and have always loved it, and for this very reason we work with it with the utmost attention.
After harvesting, only the best Taggiasca olives, perfectly healthy and of good caliber, are defoliated, washed and calibrated. After debittering in water and salt, the Taggiasca are removed from the stone, enriched with extra virgin olive oil and packaged. The result is incredible: the saltiness of the olive is perfectly balanced by the sweetness of the oil. The fleshiness of the pulp, the fragrance of the peel and the irresistible taste will force you to eat one after the other.
Perfect in bread and focaccia dough, in fish-based dishes and for gourmet salads.

 

Ingredients: Taggiasca Olives 61% Extravirgin olive oil 36%, Salt, Natural flavourings, Acidity corrector: Citric acid.
