De-Stemmed Chipotle Morita Chiles are red, ripe jalapeño peppers that have been smoked, dried and then de-stemmed for convenience in use. Their heat level ranges from 10,000 to 35,000 SHUs. Chipotle Morita Chiles are jalapeños that are allowed to fully ripen before harvesting and smoking. Unique medium-hot, smoky flavor which works well in many dishes.
