The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP "Sua Maestà" Invecchiato is aged for years in small oak barrels and is distinguished by its high density. A complex vinegar dominated by notes of honey and vanilla.
This aged vinegar is recommended for grilled meat, boiled vegetables, mozzarella cheese, vanilla ice cream or as condiment for ripe fruits.
IGP certified.
Ingredients: cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains naturally occuring sulphites.
