This certified organic artisanal Sua Maestà or "your majesty" is a balsamic vinegar condiment deserving of its name. It's an aromatic and dense balsamic made with passion and dedication by a family owned estate in the heart of Modena. Aging takes place for long periods in wood barrels contributing to a denser, sweeter and less acidic balsamic vinegar. Zero artificial, zero additives, non GMO.
