Le Fascine Extravergin Olive Oil is 100% organic and produced with monocultivar Provenzale (Peranzana Olive). This olive is present solely in Italy, and specefically in a small area of the Daunia region in Puglia.
The Peranzana olive is, because of its extraordinary organoleptic properties, one of the world's finest cultivar. One hundred kilograms of olives are required to produce 12 liters of olive oil.
