"Poggi Antichi" or ancient hills refers the the old olive growths on the rolling Tuscan hills that are reserved for this special oil. The flavour is very fruity and aromatic. It tends to be on the sweet side with a pleasant peppery aftertaste and just enough bitterness for balance and complexity.
