Silga's double Boiler, or bain-marie are perfectly designed to delicately temper chocolate or heat milk without scorching. Consistent with Silga's Teknika line, the steel is very heavy so it won't warp, dull, or dent and the handles are spot-welded and remain cool and facilitate cleaning.
