This rice is very wide and long with a central wide pearl. This rice is known for its cooking process, which the external part of the rice cooks more than the internal giving it a nice "al dente" or firm consistency. Cooking time is about 14 minutes.
For three generations Campanini has produced custom-milled rice at their small, specialized riseria where each production step is under the supervision of a family member. The rice is pure and natural and does not undergo any chemical treatment.
