Birthplace of dried pasta, Gragnano is nestled on the coast of Italy just south of Pompeii. The Moccia family of Gragnano have been producing high quality pasta for almost fifty years, and La Fabbrica della Pasta is the fruit of their passion.

Extruded through bronze dyes, this pasta is excellent with both a mushroom/porcini sauce, or simply with a great tomato sauce.

 

Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, water, summer truffle pieces, salt, flavour extract.
