Thin, razor-sharp blades made of extra-hard high-carbon MAC Superior steel. The durable edge stays sharper longer and the sand blasted finish prevents food from sticking. The large, comfortable handles are upswept for extra knuckle clearance. Perfect balance and control. Stain resistant, but not dishwasher safe. Hole in blade for convenient hanging. Blade hardness between 59 and 61 degrees Rockwell C.

Sturdy double beveled cleaver for fish, crab, acorn squash and other similarly hard items. This is the same shape as the Superior Santoku but features a heavier blade. Extremely sharp and versatile.
