Product Information

This pasta is produced from durum wheat cultivated directly by the company. Semolina and water are the only ingredients. Circular bronze die plates are used to shape the pasta and then it dries at temperatures below than 55°C. It takes about 23-25 hours drying time for short pasta cuts and up to 44-46 hours for long pasta cuts.

Bucatini have a diameter of 2,9 mm with a central hole of 0,8 mm and a length of 260 mm. Their cooking time is between 5 and 7 minutes.
