For this tomato purée we used only 100% tomatoes from Puglia from organic farming, hand-picked with care and immediately processed with traditional methods, in order to provide an excellent product.
Inside each jar you will find the freshness and intensity of each ingredient. These tomatoes are made without the use of additives, preservatives or chemicals aroma.
A real pleasure with pasta and excellent for seasoning side dishes, soups and pizzas. This tomato purée must never be cooked for a long time, otherwise it loses all its flavor and natural sweetness. Just pour it directly on warm pasta, you will feel like you just walked into a field of tomatoes in the middle of August.
